UK retailers breaking law on return refunds, Which? finds

Which? says leading UK online retailers are breaking the law by failing to properly refund returned goods, in findings published 15 September 2026. Its June-July test sent 12 shoppers to buy 200+ items from 17 retailers. UK rules require refund within 14 days, including standard delivery.
