EPA Repeals Greenhouse Gas Limits for Power Plants

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin on Sept. 14 in Houston repealed greenhouse gas limits — rules capping climate-warming pollution — for coal- and gas-fired power plants. The EPA says the repeal saves plants over $300 billion. The announcement came beside a G20 energy meeting, after Washington's second exit from the Paris climate accord.
