Staff were in unit during Korowai Manaaki assault, Oranga Tamariki says

Oranga Tamariki says its kaimahi, or staff, were in the unit when a young person was slapped and hit by peers in a 'walking the line' farewell as he left Korowai Manaaki youth justice residence in March. It told RNZ staff were with the rangatahi at the time.
