Staff were there when young person was hit

Oranga Tamariki, the children's agency, says staff were in the unit when a young person was slapped and hit by other young people in a 'walking the line' farewell as he left its Korowai Manaaki youth justice unit in March. It told RNZ staff were with the young people at the time.
