SNP, Plaid Cymru and Sinn Féin to sign joint independence deal in Cardiff

Morningstar reported that the leaders of the SNP, Plaid Cymru and Sinn Féin were expected to meet in Cardiff on 14 September to sign a joint agreement. The parties support leaving the UK. The Independent said the push showed “Westminster’s time is coming to an end”.
