SNP, Plaid Cymru and Sinn Féin to sign joint independence agreement in Cardiff

The SNP, Plaid Cymru and Sinn Féin leaders were expected to meet in Cardiff on 14 September to sign a joint agreement, Morningstar reported. The Independent described the independence push as "Westminster's time is coming to an end".
