Three parties that want to leave the UK to sign joint deal in Cardiff

Morningstar reported that the leaders of three parties that want their nations to leave the UK — the SNP, Plaid Cymru and Sinn Féin — were due to meet in Cardiff on 14 September to sign a joint deal. The Independent said it showed “Westminster’s time is coming to an end”.
