Australia warns fake retatrutide tore a user's oesophagus

Australia's medicines regulator, the Therapeutic Goods Administration, warned that counterfeit retatrutide left one user vomiting severely, tearing the food pipe to the stomach and needing hospital care. The drug is unapproved and cannot be sold legally in Australia. It says products sold online may be fake and contain dangerous ingredients.
