Fake retatrutide drug in Australia sent someone to hospital

Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration, the medicines safety agency, warned that fake versions of a drug called retatrutide made one person vomit so violently it tore the tube carrying food to the stomach, requiring hospital care. Retatrutide is not approved and cannot be sold legally in Australia. The agency says online offers may be fakes with dangerous ingredients.
