Australia's TGA warns counterfeit retatrutide caused torn oesophagus

Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration warned of counterfeit retatrutide after a user suffered severe vomiting, tore their oesophagus and needed hospital care. Retatrutide is unapproved and cannot be legally sold in Australia. The TGA says online products may be fake and contain dangerous ingredients.
