Defence Investment Agency chief says he is staying

Doug Guzman, chief executive of Canada's Defence Investment Agency, which handles military purchases, told staff in a Sept. 13 email he has not resigned. The agency confirmed the message, titled 'Rumours of My Departure Have Been Greatly Exaggerated.' It responds to an Aug. 31 Globe and Mail report that he was expected to depart.
