Military buying office head says he is not leaving

Doug Guzman runs Canada's agency that buys equipment for the military. In a Sept. 13 email to staff, he said he has not quit and is still in charge. The agency confirmed the email, titled 'Rumours of My Departure Have Been Greatly Exaggerated.' It answers an Aug. 31 Globe and Mail report that said he was expected to leave.
