Defence Investment Agency CEO Doug Guzman says he has not resigned

Doug Guzman, chief executive of Canada's Defence Investment Agency, told staff in a Sept. 13 email he has not resigned and remains in the job. The agency confirmed the message, titled "Rumours of My Departure Have Been Greatly Exaggerated." It rebuts an Aug. 31 Globe and Mail report that he was expected to depart.
