Rayner says 1.5m homes pledge for England unlikely to be met

Housing Secretary Angela Rayner said there is only a "slim chance" the government will build 1.5 million homes in England by summer 2029. She told the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg the pledge, due by the end of this parliament at the latest, had always been a "stretch target".
