Second explosion in a month at Bulgarian arms depot supplying Ukraine

Explosions hit an EMCO ammunition warehouse near Gorni Varpishta in central Bulgaria overnight on September 12 after a fire, with no injuries. It is the second blast there in about a month. EMCO weapons are supplied to Ukraine. Owner Emilian Gebrev was allegedly targeted by Russian agents, including a 2015 poisoning that prosecutors attribute to three Russians.
