Second explosion in a month at Bulgarian site storing weapons for Ukraine

Overnight September 12 fire caused explosions at a central Bulgarian site for bullets and shells near Gorni Varpishta, no one hurt. It was the second blast there in about a month. The site is run by EMCO, whose weapons go to Ukraine. Owner Emilian Gebrev was allegedly attacked by Russian agents, including a 2015 poisoning prosecutors blame on three Russians.
