ICAC hears Toplace executive floated FriendlyJordies documentary and mistress photo to harm NSW minister

ICAC's Operation Rosny is investigating whether Liberal operatives accepted $2 million from fugitive developer Jean Nassif's Toplace company in exchange for political favors. A Toplace executive messaged operative Jeremy Greenwood proposing a FriendlyJordies documentary targeting minister David Elliott, then a mistress photo release. Greenwood said he could not recall this. He and Charles Perrottet deny taking illegal donations.
