Toplace executive proposed FriendlyJordies documentary and "mistress photo" release to damage NSW minister, ICAC hears

ICAC's Operation Rosny is examining whether Liberal operatives shared $2 million from fugitive developer Jean Nassif's company Toplace in exchange for political outcomes. A Toplace executive messaged operative Jeremy Greenwood proposing a YouTuber FriendlyJordies documentary on former minister David Elliott, then to "release the mistress photo." Greenwood told ICAC he could not recall the plan. He and Charles Perrottet deny taking illegal donations.
