Corruption watchdog hears developer's plan to smear NSW politician using YouTube video and personal photo

A corruption watchdog is investigating whether political staffers took $2 million from a wanted developer's company to influence government decisions. A company executive suggested making a YouTube video and releasing a personal photo to damage minister David Elliott. Staffer Jeremy Greenwood said he could not remember this. He and Charles Perrottet deny receiving illegal donations.
