Lilly Wachowski Says Hollywood Won't Finance Her All-Trans Thriller 'The Hunted'

Lilly Wachowski is seeking financing for 'The Hunted,' a dystopian political thriller with what she calls a 'wall-to-wall trans cast.' She told The Hollywood Reporter that Hollywood will not finance the film because of that casting. Wachowski is not involved in Warner Bros.' planned fifth Matrix film, which Drew Goddard is set to write and direct.
