Rangers pay £8.5m for Kim Min-su, a 20-year-old who has never played top-flight football

Rangers signed South Korean winger Kim Min-su from Girona for £8.5m, paid upfront. The 20-year-old has never played top-flight football; he scored six goals in 40 games on loan at Andorra in Spain's second tier last season. Girona's relegation from La Liga opened the door. He is Rangers' 12th signing of the summer.
