Trump Lawyer Threatens $5 Billion Suit Over National Guard Report

Donald Trump's lawyer Alejandro Brito has threatened the Center for American Progress with a $5 billion defamation suit unless it retracts a July report. The report found the administration's $1.7 billion National Guard deployments failed to cut crime in Washington, Memphis, and Los Angeles. CAP called the threat "baseless."
