Victorian Liberal leader promises weekly bin collection if elected

Victorian Liberal leader Jess Wilson says she'll bring back weekly rubbish collection across the state if her party wins November's election. Thirty-three local councils have switched to collecting bins every two weeks instead. Wilson called that system in her own area "disgusting." She also promised to cap — or limit — the waste fees councils can charge so households don't pay more.
