Brazil accuses 16 airline staff, including owner, over crash that killed 62

Brazilian police formally accused 16 Voepass airline employees, including the owner, over a 2024 plane crash near Vinhedo that killed all 62 people aboard. Fifteen face charges of putting air travel safety at risk, which carries up to 12 years in prison. Some also face charges of leaving required maintenance logs incomplete.
