Better TV Picture Format Dolby Vision 2 Arrives on Hisense TVs

Dolby Vision 2, a format that tells TVs how to show richer colors and contrast, is arriving on Hisense's 2026 TVs (UX, UR9, UR8, U7) through a software update sent over the internet. TCL and Philips will follow later in 2026. All require a specific internal chip; older Dolby Vision TVs cannot be upgraded.
