New AI company Volta lands $10 billion deal to power Anthropic's AI

Volta, founded in early 2026 and valued at $2.4 billion after raising $300 million, has landed a $10 billion, six-year deal with AI company Anthropic, per Bloomberg and Reuters. Volta will provide computing power from a Norway data center built with crypto-mining firm Bitdeer. Anthropic has also recently struck computing deals with SpaceX and Amazon.
