Ohio Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur hospitalized after hit-and-run crash

Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio), 80, was hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash in Toledo on August 2. A hit-and-run means a driver leaves the scene without stopping.
