Capital One Asks Judge to Toss Trump Organization's Lawsuit Over Closed Bank Accounts

Capital One asked a Miami federal judge to dismiss the Trump Organization's lawsuit over about 385 bank accounts the bank closed in 2021. Capital One said its staff who check for illegal money activity shut the accounts after a monthslong review. The Trumps say the closures were political. Judge Roy Altman dismissed an earlier suit in March; no ruling has issued yet.
