Capital One Moves to Dismiss Trump Organization Suit, Cites Anti-Money-Laundering Review

Capital One asked a Miami federal judge to dismiss the Trump Organization's lawsuit over roughly 385 account closures from 2021, saying its anti-money-laundering professionals ordered the shutdowns after a monthslong review. The Trumps allege political "de-banking." Judge Roy Altman dismissed an earlier version of the suit in March; no ruling has issued on the renewed motion.
