103 House Democrats Vote to End $3.3 Billion in Aid to Israel

On July 15, 103 of 211 House Democrats voted for a plan by Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) to cut $3.3 billion in U.S. aid to Israel. Aid includes money for military and humanitarian help. Ninety-eight Democrats voted to keep it; 10 voted "present," meaning neither yes nor no. Massie was the only Republican who backed the plan, NPR reported July 31.
