103 House Democrats Vote to Strip $3.3 Billion in Aid to Israel

On July 15, 103 of 211 House Democrats voted for an amendment by Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) to eliminate $3.3 billion in U.S. military and humanitarian aid to Israel. Ninety-eight Democrats voted to preserve the aid; 10 voted present. Massie was the only Republican supporting the amendment, NPR reported July 31.
