Wisconsin early voters stuck with picks who quit the race

A Wisconsin judge said no to letting early voters change their ballots after three candidates — Barnes, Rodriguez, and Hughes — quit the August 11 governor's race. Voters who already mailed in their picks for them are stuck. No one knows how many people are affected, and they have no way to vote again.
