Reform's Jenrick tells PM Burnham: no 'death tax' for social care

Reform UK's Robert Jenrick has urged Prime Minister Andy Burnham to rule out a new tax on people's estates after death to pay for care homes in England. He wants cuts to foreign aid and migrant benefits instead. Burnham has not proposed the tax and says he will use current budgets "before we talk about tax rises."
