Library Book Returned 150 Years Late After Found Built Into a Fireplace

A renovator in Kiama, south of Sydney, found a copy of "The Antiquities of Athens" sealed in a tea crate built into a fireplace. It was book No. 506 in Kiama Library's first collection from 1872. The water-damaged volume came back about 150 years late. The library will display it permanently instead of chasing the A$28,000 late fee.
