Startup Wants to Put AI Computers on Floating Barges

A startup called Atomarine, backed by startup accelerator Y Combinator, wants to build floating barges carrying powerful AI computers. Each barge would make its own electricity from natural gas and use seawater for cooling. The company says this could be deployed four to five times faster than buildings on land. These claims are still predictions, not yet tested in practice.
