Carney admits he misspoke about Gordie Howe bridge toll money

Prime Minister Mark Carney admitted in Charlottetown he was unclear about a deal to give the U.S. half the Gordie Howe bridge's toll money for 15 years. He had said Canada would keep all tolls until its $6.4-billion construction debt was paid off. Parliament members reviewed the agreement July 29.
