Tate Brothers Stay in Miami Jail as UK Seeks to Bring Them to Trial
Andrew and Tristan Tate remain in a Miami jail after their July 18 arrest. The UK wants them sent to Britain to face 59 criminal charges, including rape and sex trafficking — a handover process called extradition. A judge will decide bail on August 13, 2026. If denied, they could be held up to a year. Britain has until September 16 to file its full request.
