Tate Brothers Held in Miami Jail Until August 13 Bail Hearing

Andrew and Tristan Tate remain in a Miami federal jail after their July 18 arrest on a UK extradition request involving 59 combined criminal charges, including rape and sex trafficking. US Magistrate Lauren Louis set a bail hearing for August 13, 2026. If denied, they could stay detained up to a year. Britain has until September 16 to submit its full extradition request.
