Mobileye's Founder and CEO Plans to Step Down After 27 Years

Mobileye founder Amnon Shashua plans to step down as CEO, the company disclosed in a July 23 government filing. No replacement has been named, and no timetable for finding one has been shared. Shashua will remain CEO until someone is hired and has been offered the chairman position. Shares fell 15% in early trading.
