New Geekbench 7 Makes Phone and PC Speed Tests More Realistic

Primate Labs released Geekbench 7 on July 23, 2026, changing how it tests devices with multiple processing cores. Instead of using all cores at once for every task, the new version only spreads work across cores when real apps actually do so. Scores should better reflect real-world speed. Results are not comparable with Geekbench 6, so new baselines are needed.
