School Bus Crash in Uganda Kills Twenty Children

A bus carrying students home to Kampala from a Sipi Falls trip crashed on July 16, 2026, killing twenty children and one adult. Police say the driver lost control and hit a stone. The school was King David Junior School Ndejje. More than 28 injured children are still in the hospital, nine in very serious condition.
