Top police union boss questions need for new move-on powers

The head of the police union, Steve Watt, says police don't need a new law letting them order rough sleepers and 14-year-olds to move on from public places. He says officers are being asked to fix social problems that aren't really their job. MPs are hearing from the public on the bill.
