Workers' Union Accuses Microsoft of Unfair Labor Practices Over Bethesda Layoffs

A workers' union called the CWA filed charges with a federal labor board on July 15, 2026, claiming Microsoft bargained in bad faith and failed to notify employees before cutting roughly 440 Bethesda jobs.
