CWA Files NLRB Unfair Labor Practice Charges Against Microsoft Over Bethesda Layoffs

The Communications Workers of America filed unfair labor practice charges against Microsoft with the NLRB on July 15, 2026, alleging bad faith bargaining, coercive actions, contract repudiation, and failure to provide employee notice.
