Two government agencies would not back proposed move-on orders law

The Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Housing both declined to support a proposed law that would let police tell people to move on for disorderly behaviour in public, RNZ reports. A group of MPs is currently reviewing the bill, and members of the public can have their say through a submission.
