LiveWire Warns It May Not Be Able to Keep Operating

LiveWire Group has warned it may not be able to keep operating. Its third-quarter 2026 results, released October 29 and filed with the SEC, cite ongoing losses, cash going out faster than it comes in, and little cash on hand. The filing uses the auditing term "substantial doubt." It dropped its $70–80 million 2026 loss forecast with no replacement.
