Palmer Luckey Says He Will Not Leave California Over Wealth Tax

Anduril co-founder Palmer Luckey says he is not leaving California over Proposition 40, a proposed one-time 5% tax on billionaires' net worth, including assets not yet sold or hard to sell. At an invite-only press conference, he said: "I'm not running. I am staying. I want to fight for California." Billionaires pressed him to declare intent to leave in solidarity.
