Anduril co-founder Palmer Luckey told an invite-only press conference that he is not leaving California over Proposition 40, the proposed one-time 5% tax on billionaires' net worth, including unrealized and illiquid assets. "I'm not running. I am staying," he said, adding "I want to fight for California." Other billionaires pressured him to declare an intent to leave in solidarity.
