Anthropic, an AI company, is privately valued at $965 billion. TechCrunch reports it could go public in 2026 at up to $2 trillion. In June, it confidentially filed a draft registration with the SEC, the US securities regulator, as a first step toward selling shares publicly. Private values are set when investors buy in, not on an exchange.
