Carney admits Trump was right about NATO spending

Prime Minister Mark Carney said Donald Trump has "won the argument" on NATO defence spending — the clearest agreement any G7 leader has given Trump since his return to office. Carney phoned Trump Sunday to tell him so directly. NATO's top official also publicly credited Trump for pushing member countries to spend more on military defence.
